Order Split without consent and Undelivered

Good day, You people are clearly not taking me serious. Which is really sad because I have been supporting/buying from Takealot for a long time, I keep getting the same automated message from different people on different days and still nothing has been delivered. So in conclusion I want to either have the items I paid for delivered tomorrow (Monday, 20 November 2023), Or get my money back because at this point it seems as if y'all don't have it in stock. And I repeat:I did not at any point in time ask for a split in my orderI was not informed at any point in time by Takealot that my order was being splitI was informed of a delay in delivery on the day my order was supposed to be deliveredOnly two third of my order was delivered 2 days laterMy order was split without my consentI've been told twice that my order was allegedly sent to the wrong warehouse, TWICE (how do you mess up one order twice???) And still I have not received clear communications from Takealot, Kindly advise please. Thank you Christelle
