Order showing as delivered but I haven't received it

I purchased a cellphone from Takealot.com and delivery was said to be on the 10th of August. I don't have a phone at the moment and don't have access to emails and text messages. I got a chance to check my emails on Saturday the 7th of August only to find that my order has apparently been delivered a week ago. I have not received the phone and don't understand why the status is on delivered. I've already paid for the phone and everytime I contact takealot I get told they are waiting for feedback. It's now been over 48hrs waiting for feedback as to when I will have my phone delivered and no one is coming forth with any information. Are Takealot employees *****ing our gadgets and claiming to have delivered them? I've paid for this phone and want that phone delivered to me please. I can't possibly be waiting this long for feedback. Your system should be able to tell you if that phone was delievered or not and if it was, someone must've signed for it or provided some proof of identity and you should have record of this. This is ********* business practice. You can't be claiming to have delivered stuff whereas you haven't. R4000 is a lot of money to just go down the drain like that. I urgently need feedback as to when I'll be getting my phone and an explanation as to why it is showing as delivered whereas I haven't received it
