Order shipped with missing items

I am absolutely disgusted by [URL Removed] I placed order *** over the weekend and received a notification that the order would be delivered yesterday. I had to make several calls to [URL Removed] to follow up on the order and despite the items being in stock in the Johannesburg warehouse, I was told that this would be shipped to me a day late.<br> <br> This is a major problem for me as I am flying out of South Africa today and will be out the country for 3 weeks. After several calls i did end up receiving my order but to my horror there was a missing item - Dog Toy Plush Ball - Small.<br> <br> Do you have absolutely no quality standards at all??? How can a major online retailer ship an order with items missing??? Please catch a major wakeup!. I expect the outstanding items from order to be shipped to me on June 17 when I am back in South Africa
