Order shipped incorrectly by Takealot team and they refuse to offer assistance to fix

On the 18th of Dec 2020 I order a swimming pool for my twin boys. On the 24th December I phoned to follow up and was told that my order was shipped incorrectly to Johannesburg. No one phoned me, I did all the follow up calls. I then requested if they can overnight my parcel as the swimming pool was much needed, I was then told they will try their best to get it by me by Monday 28 Dec, Today 29 Dec I phoned AGAIN as I still have no swimming pool or no feedback, I was then told that my parcel was shipped from Jhb and will only arrive in George next week Tuesday the 5th. I specifically ordered this pool as my twin boys is on holiday at home and my husband at home to assemble it. No staff member even tried to phone me or tried to arrange overnight or try to assist me to sort my matter, simply sorry ma'am, you will have to wait. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!!
