Order says delivered but did not get it

was suppose to receive my parcel today before 5pm. I got a call in the morning from Takealot but the person did not talk, tried to call back the number numerous times they not pick up. Past 4 I got message stating that my parcel was delivered and signed by me, whereas I did not receive any parcel.
