Order return

I have been waiting for the driver to came and pick up the order that I’m returning to them bcz I don’t like a bit they have been rescheduling every time it’s getting tiring now the order was supposed to be taken yesterday still nothing the order number ,Hi Bongeka, collection of your Takealot return MRRN-FMXBK-XJ5G for order #*** has been delayed. We'll reschedule they keep sending this message over and over again I need my refund plz
