Order Return

I am very disappointed with the service I received from Takealot, I order a 6XL waist trainer and they delivered a 5XL trainer, with a 6XL sticker on the plastic cover but the tag of the waist trainer inside is 5XL. I logged a return and they sent me a message stating that the return has been declined and sent me a picture of the sticker that says 6XL and said the waist trainer is the correct size. I called to query this I even sent emails with pictures that I took but till this day the query has not been resolved, I call every day one of their consultants (Zandi) told me that I unfortunately have to take back the waist trainer and dropped the call on me, Sinothando and Renisha told me that Shante the manager has escalated the matter to their Johannesburg warehouse that was on the 15/07/2025 since that day I still haven't heard anything from anyone everytime I call and ask to speak to the manager it's either she's in a meeting or they can't transfer my call or she's asking for your details and she'll call you back.
