Order Return

I purchased a wifi router thinking it had a sim card slot and it’s only when it was delivered when I realized it wasn’t the product I was looking for so I requested to return and the company organized the date when one of their drivers will collect it which the driver with cellphone numbers ***) called me exactly on the collection date which was Monday 20th December at 10:46 and took the order at the location where I requested them to collect it from , I was told it would take 1 to 2 days for my order to be delivered at the warehouse so they can arrange refund or credit but it’s been 8 days now still nothing ,the order number is #***6
