Order queries

I am unhappy as I ordered an item more than 2 times now and it’s frustrating because no one is answering calls or getting back to me via email. I have tried but the customer service is so bad as I asked about sizes available they said they is but they keep cancelling my order with no explanation. Remove the product or don’t let us order if it’s not available anymore .
