Order process via mobile phone doesnt work.

Ordering on my mobile phone isnt possible. I can go to the cart and click to pay via credit card and then I have to approve the payment via my banking app, which I do successfully but then the takealot app takes me out the cart and doesnt process the order. If I go into orders the items are there pending payment. I then have to login to takealot on my laptop and redo the payment approving on my phone. This is really funky. Surely you do some user testing of people making purchases on their phones?
