Order placed and paid on 13 March still no delivary

Very angry at the fact that i placed and payed for an order of sterilizers for R1423 on the 13 March and still haven't received my order. My tracking status shows for today but it still hasnt been shipped and i have already received other orders that i placed on the 25 March. Contact centres are closed , there is no one to assist . What is taking so long , the stock was available when i made the purchase. This is very unprofessional and unfair especially in these times. I order almost every thing i need from Takealot.In future i will think twice. Very poor service.
