Order placed and Paid - Now No Item available!!!

Order placed on 25th February; Delivery date was scheduled for 05 March on two items, Just to receive an email 0n 04 March 08:03 to say the one item is No Longer available!

So, why did You then still say item is available, but You cannot get it now?

This was supposed to be a present for someone this coming weekend, If I knew I would have bought somewhere else.

Also, now there is a credit on my account, and I don't want to even bother buying anything further from You, as this is pathetic service.

Also cannot contact You, so WHAT KNOW????
