Order paid for but never received it

I ordered Sea-moss gel on the 21st of July never received. I am enquiring about it and I'm being taken from pillar to post. I submitted all their requirements, being an order number, the response is always one of the consultants will be in contact with you. I paid for it, no decency to even thinking of crediting me.
