Order paid but not received

I have placed and paid for an order on the 20th of September 2020. I didn't receive any confirmation or order number. Needless to say, I didn't receive my order. I have been trying to get a hold of someone who could help me, but to no avail. I've sent the proof of payment several times as well, but I didn't get any response.
