Order paid and no goods delivered

Actually, they don't even deserve a star. I had to rate it for the purpose of this review. I ordered a phone on 31 December 2023 as a present for my daughter's birthday which is today 5 Jan 2024. Even today, the status still reads "order paid" and no movement. Wrote emails and made numerous calls to no avail. My daughter is so disappointed and heart broken as her gift never arrived. People be ware, don't order from this company as they'll disappoint you 🤬🤬🤬
