Order outstanding for almost 2 months...

I have ordered some goods on the 14th June 2020. Then they sent me something completely different from what I ordered. I returned it to the Paarl branch that same day for return. Then they took about 2-3 weeks to find this package I returned and asses how they want to proceed... So they notified me they got stock of the product I originally ordered and will sent it... I was told to just ignore emails for payment as its a mistake they are fixing from their side as they sent me the wrong product... And so they cancelled the transaction as no payment was received and so I still wait... I cant deal with them anymore. Their service is beyond word. I dont understand how they can even still do business in this manner.
