Order of not only 1 but 5 items canceld
We spend Thursday evening searching for camping gear and was very excited with the purchase we made on-line for our Dec holiday. We even returned our camper bed we bought at Macro on a special yesterday since we found what we thought something better from [URL Removed] You can understand our shock and frustration when we realised our whole order (not just one) was cancelled. We now have to go back and buy our camper bed from Macro at full price. I find this completely unacceptable and [URL Removed] unreliable. How can you purchase anything from [URL Removed] with confidence that it will actually be received even after they more than willingly except you card payment. They don't honour they're pricing. Very disappointed, expensive and unpleasant experience dealing with [URL Removed] that will not be repeated!

An unintentional error caused certain products from our camping and outdoor section to be shown as available and at an incorrect price. We are regrettably not able to fulfil orders that were placed for these items and therefore had to cancel them. The immediate and electronic nature of our business unfortunately allows for errors such as these to occur and we therefore make provision for this in our terms and condition. This is by no means an excuse for the bad experience this has led to. We take full responsibility for this incident and the frustrations it's caused and are compensating all affected customers. Our complaints team will be in touch with you shortly to further discuss and assist with this matter.
