Never had i ever imagined writing a bad review for Takealot... I've been shopping on takealot for over 5 years and i have always received excellent service. But, then i purchased a high value item and i am livid!!! I received a notification that my delivery would take place on the 1st of March 2025. I neglected all my errands and guess what, at 16:37, they placed an update stating "parcel arrived at incorrect courier facility. We're rerouting it. Delivery will be rescheduled." When the purchase was initially made, delivery was scheduled for today, Monday - the 03 of March 2026. I logged a query this morning to allow me to plan my day and be available to take delivery and guess what?... nothing has arrived. My order arriving at the incorrect facility has absolutely nothing to do with me. YOUR app stated the delivery. Lo and behold if the item is missing or damaged!

If this order is not delivered by tomorrow, Tuesday - the 04 March 2025 before 12, please proceed with cancelling this order and refunding my money! .
