logged a refund while ago I was told to go and drop TV to Ralph in Strand and they email back to me to collect the TV back because they don't deal with returns it's only takealot who deals with it and now I'm stuck with the TV at home I don't know where to take it or deal with it and I need the money back to buy another TV it's been two full months going back and forth, it's very hard to do return but when you buy its easy and it's frustrating and exhausting making calls all day with no pick up

Takealot charges R75 for delivery but I had to deliver and collect the TV myself from the supplier and now I am stuck with the TV at home and I sent several emails for the way forward but there is no response.
