Order not recieved, order date 23rd October

Purchased cutlery and a fluffy rug on the 23rd of October . It was the first time I recieve the items separately though it was one order. I was told the rug will follow. I have contacted takealot on the 07th of November was advised the parcel will be delivered by the 12th, again the was no delivery Made an enquiry again on the 17th was advised the item will be delivered by the 19th, yet when I track my order it shows is still at the warehouse I can't cancel the order since I have not received it, I am tired I want my money back.
