Order not recieved!

I placed an order and paid an additional shipping fee, to get my order the next day. It was quite urgent. The confirmation was that I'll receive my order the next day, however, i woke up the next day to an SMS saying that my order will only be delivered next week.

I have raised multiple tickets, and still haven't received any feedback. What's the point of paying an extra shipping fee??!!

This customer service is absolutely poor.
