Order not received, they say it was delivered.

On 12 October 2022, I ordered items from takalot, order number #***. On 25 October I received an sms that it has been delivered. I then called them twice without success, and I emailed them. They said I should go to the building. On 7 November we went to the office in town. They told us that the tracker said the parcel was delivered 9 kilometers from my address. Then they called the driver and said he will visit them the next day and they will call me then. We are still waiting for them to call, and I sit without my items, because it was delivered at the wrong place. This is unacceptable, I request a refund.
