Order not received, money refund not received

I have purchased cartridges on the 26 April 2020, I was told the parcel will arrive on 4th May, I have not received the parcel and they then said the parcel was delivered on the 2nd May then I was told the parcel has been rescheduled to be delivered on the 06 May 2020, but now the parcel I never received it until now I have been doing follow ups no solution I am given, I have lost my money and the parcel to takealot I ask them to cancel the order and pay me back the money and I don't get any answer instead I am asked about the service. I tried calling the number on the internet to no avail. I opted to come here to get help in getting my money back from Takealot. I never received any communication or call from takealot courier I asked for a copy of a waybill to see who signed for the parcel that is also a problem to get.
