order not received from take a lot

i have placed an order on monday with take a lot and i was told that my delivery will be done on Thursday the 23rd august 2018 , before 5pm, i followed it up with them on Friday morning as it was not received , they promised to deliver on the same day 24th august before 5pm, up to now 23:19 i still have not heard from them , i need my refund as the service is terrible
