Order not received

I placed an order on 2 October which has still not been delivered. At the time I made 3 orders, one has been delivered, yet the other 2 say insufficient details. Yesterday they sent a message to say they will deliver by 17h00 which they didn't and then call at 18h00 when I'm not home. Used to great service from Takealot, but this is beyond shocking.
