Order not received and now it's out of stock

Order #***4, order is now lost and cannot be replaced as takealot is out of stock after I was promised that my order was redirected to a different distribution centre. I paid for a plumber call out fee of R300 for nothing on the 30th Nov 2021 as my order with a ahower head and arm just didn't get delivered. Friday the 3rd Dec. I called another plumber who worked on my wall, constructed my wall open and just waiting for the shower head and arm to be delivered so he can colse off my wall and tile it again.

Takealot claims they don't have stock of my shower head and arm set that I order so I asked for them to give me similar items which are not in a set but cost about R500 extra as part of their compensation to me for all the money I spent calling and paying plumber for nothing asbthey was nothing to install, they have not given me any feedback.

Order wasbplace on the 26th Nov 2021 today is the 7th Dec. 2021. I AM EXTREMELY ANNOYED AND FRUSTRATED
