Order not received

I ordered at Takealot on Sunday 23 February 2025. I received the message that my order will be delivered today before 19.00. When I track my order it says it’s delivered today at 14.30. My order number is ***, it’s already 19.00 hours. I paid for the delivery to be delivered the next day, I am so disappointed with Takealot. I tried to call, I received the message that the are closed
