Order not received 9 days after paying it

I placed and paid for my order on 30 Nov 2019. First my order got lost in transit and they had to do a new order, which was scheduled for delivery the 5th of Dec. It is now the 9th of Dec and I still have not received my order. They are also not keeping in contact regarding the status of my order and ensuring I get my order.
