Order not received

I ordered a box of 48 extra strong sweets and to be delivered in the office CPT. They sent an sms on the delivery day and later on said it's been delivered. The person who was suppose to receive the delivery was not called. I have been emailing the contact centre and all they do is make me start my story from scratch every day. My order is still not recieved but marked as delivered
