Order not received

I placed an order on the 17th of April and I'm still waiting today the 10th of May, at 1st they said it was delivered to an incorrect facility, then I got a new order number and was promised it will be delivered last week, now when I checked on my App it says Insufficient address details, which is strange because I received orders from the same address previously
