Order NOT received

I placed and payed for my order on Black Friday (23 Nov), it was schuduled to be delivered on the 4th Dec. It hasnt been delivered! Today is the 7th and I still havent received my stove.

There is no tracking info on the order details, last scan was on the 30th. TakeAlot keeps on saying 'order will be delivered before 17:00', but that time passes everyday and nothing happens.

They say that the name of the shipping/courier company that has the order is Fast & Furious - but there are no details for me to personally track it from Fast & Furious!

I am defeated!
