Order not received

I place an Oder (Order Number: ********** 3) via takealot.com and I have not receive my order beside been promised that my order will be delivered 5 December 2017, I have made several inquiries via sky net and takealot.com still I have not received any communications from takealot. that was the last time I order any thing from takealot.com
