Order not ready after email received that order is ready

I ordered an commax door bell system from takealot on saterday 12 october 2019 and yesterday afternoon 16 october 2019 takealot sent me an mail stating the order is ready for collection.

I arranged with my dad today to collect the order and he was there from 11am until 12am. When he was there to collect he was told that the item is not ready yet and that they will arrange for delivery. I spoke to their customer care and all the person could do is send me screen shots stating that it is ready for collection without doing any effort to properly find out and investigate what happened. During my emails with the client care person i received an mail saying that my order has been collected but neither me or my dad had collected the item nor has my mother or fiance received the order from an delivery guy. No one at takealot can seem to explain to me what is going on.

In the process i am losing reputation with my clients and takealot is causing damage to my name and business.

I never had issues with takealot but what happened today is the worst service i got from takealot and it is caused me to re-evaluate if i ever would want to do business with takealot ever again.
