Order not properly fulfilled

Hi I’d like to do a review on takealot. I’ve been ordering from them for quite some time and they delivered with no problems then my order which I placed with them in August some of the items I ordered were missing then they asked to come and collect everything delivered which they did in October now I’m constantly calling in for the items never received but can’t seem to get any help
