order not delivered on time

<p>I am so disappointed with takealot. I always order nappies and they always deliver on time, this time around that did not happen. My order was supposed to be delivered 20/12/2016, unfortunately it was not delivered. It was then rescheduled for delivery on 21/12/2016, of which it was still not delivered and I was not in formed why my order was not delivered. On 22/12/2016 I called the contact centre and spoke to Akeem, told her to cancel my order due to non delivery from takealot. Instead she sents an email and indicated that I changed my mind and don't want the product anymore, she did not address the fact that it's due to non delivery from takealot. I am rather so let down by takealot which I loved as it was always efficient. My order number is ********** </p>
