Order not delivered - No response from Help portal

Order ***1 was due for delivery on the 23rd of May 2020. Delivery person arrives however driver advises that he can only locate one item of the seven items on my order. He advised that I keep the one item and he will return later when he eventually locates the rest of the order in his car full of boxes.

Received a sms notification later that day from Takealot stating that the order could not be delivered and will be delivered on the 25th of May before 3pm.

I have been waiting everyday since with the exact same sms coming through at the end of every day stating that the order will be delivered before 5 pm the next day.

Contacting support via the help portal has proven to be extremely frustrating and down right pathetic with no positive response of when exactly my order will be delivered.
