Order not delivered. No refund. Bad customer service.

I have never seen a company with the worst customer service as Takealot. They have been giving me a runaround for an order that they never delivered to me but somehow updated on their system that they delivered. They use the most ****piest and cheapest third parties to deliver orders and thereafter they ignore and mize you when you reach out to them with an issue. I have been writing to and calling Takealot since the 17th of December 2024 for my order that they never delivered, even the driver who was meant to deliver my order told me that he only received a waybill and no box yet Takealot can’t seem to take any responsibility for this. My business has suffered a loss because of the order that never arrived and I have also clearly lost money because of Takealot not even reimbursing me for their own error. Again, I repeat, if you are a small business owner, DO NOT USE TAKEALOT FOR YOUR STOCK. Even the Takealot More subscription is a **** as I did not even get my order AT ALL. I want my money back so that I can delete my account and this useless company’s app on my phone!!
