Order not delivered, lies lies inability to help

I have a huge problem. I ordered items from Takelot with a delivery date 21 December. I was fine because we leave for our holiday on 24 December, Then on the 20th I receive a sms stating that the delivery will be on the 24th. The items I bought is for the holiday. We will be away already. I would not have placed the order if I knew that the item would not be in time. Now I do not have the money to buy the products I need because I already paid Takealot. I am also not able to pick up the item at the depo which on the system shows as Menlyn. That is 5km from me. So no matter that my order is within arms reach of me I am not able to get it Why no pick up for Pretoria of JHB. So for every solution I gave them to help me, they gave me a problem. This is so frustrating, what am I supposed to do now. In their mail it stated the courier was unable to do 24 hour delivery. This makes no sense because the product should by that time already have been delivered, so according to me the 24 hours have long past. Please what am I supposed to do now, are they going to deliver my order in Natures Valley where I will be needing it. Or Nieu Bethesda?
