Order not delivered in time and no sound reason

I ordered a parcel and request for a weekend delivery. They only delivered one parcel and to date have no idea where the other parcel is. Its been three days and parcel has not been found. They have escalated the matter several times but no courtesy to undertake their investigation while having delivered my parcel. I am a loyal Takealot customer but this experience has left a bitter taste on my tongue. I am very disappointed.
