ORDER NOT DELIVERED FOR THE 2ND TIME. POOR COMMUTION FROM DELIVERY GUYS

I'm very disappointed with Takealot. I was supposed to have received my order on 3 Dec 2025. Instead, I received an SMS stating they couldn't get hold of me, which is a lie. Even today, 4th Dec 2025, I received the same message. I was home yesterday and today. There was no communication whatsoever from the delivery person. I asked myself what measures were taken if they didn't get hold of me. Yesterday i emailed takealot but it seems like the is no solution.

I cancelled my plans for the parcel to be rescheduled twice. The delivery guys need to be dealt with because they don't call to say they're outside.
