Order not delivered

Bull**** of a company,never use takealot unless you wana ruin your week. I paid over 5k on the 3rd and my delivery was supposed to be delivered on the 4th,nothing was delivered everytime 1 calls in you get told about 1 thing over and over that your iteams are being scanned right now at the warehouse and will be delivered shortly,i should expect it at 19:00 the latest,i cancelled my important plans to receive an order that wasnt even being loaded,some said i will get my order at 8am early in the morning while lying knowing my order isnt coming,im really tired of your nonsense just cancel the stupid order and refund my money immediately,have no time for your nonsense.i want my money back coz you dont want to deliver.
