Order not delivered as yet

My order (order no. ***) was scheduled for collection yesterday at thr Riviona pick up point. Still no notification. The app still says it's scheduled for pick up yesterday and theres a delay without a new date. Please help. My service request has not been responded to. I processed the order due the app stating it would arrive on the 12th. False advertising to ensure sales?
