Order not delivered as promised as I payed extra for it

I have placed an order #*** payed the fees for next day delivery order payed on the 08/012025 showed order will be delivered 09/01/2025 tracking everything showed correct and nothing has been delivered and it's past 18:15 I have received no phone calls saying there is a delay or can you reschedule it I I hade to. Log in reschedule it for the 10/01/2025 and I payed a lot extra almost the same amount as what my order cost me if I don't get it by the 10/01/2025 I'll never buy again from. Them and cancell all my orders this has never happened and now there is problems and no cumunications

What angers me is that no one phones to tell you anything and waste my time.
