Order not delivered as promised

I placed an order #*** this morning just after 10h00, even paid R50 extra to get my parcel delivered in time to pick up at around 15h00 which never happened. I called your Call Centre twice asking about my parcel and only received an email at 20h11 confirming that my parcel was delivered. So what are Takealot going to do now as I paid for delivery on the same day not the next day. I've been waiting the whole day for my confirmation as I needed the parcel urgently but you guys did not give me the service I expected, I really feel disappointed.
