Order Not Delivered as PROMISED

I ordered from Takealot on Friday, 25 November 2022 and they informed me my Takealot order will be delivered on Tuesday, 29 November 2022 before 17h00. I waited and nothing my order was not delivered then when i looked again at 19h30 the evening it stated it was still out on delivery at 21h00 I got a notification that my delivery was delayed as they could not locate my address! really i literally ordered from them on the 19 November 2022 and my order was delivered to my address they can't locate! - I've been ordering from Takealot for years and my address has stayed the same and now all of a sudden they can't locate my address. This is so unprofessional my order is oven a R1000 i want my order today i don't care how they deliver my order!
