Order not delivered and no resolution after multiple follow-ups
I placed an order with Takealot on 8 March 2026 (Order number: ***). The item has still not been delivered.
I have followed up multiple times via email and phone. I was promised feedback on several occasions, which was never provided. My queries have either been ignored or closed without resolution.
I have now requested cancellation of the order and a full refund, but I have still not received confirmation.
This has been ongoing for over a month with no resolution.
I am requesting immediate cancellation of this order and a full refund.
If this is not resolved urgently, I will escalate this matter further.
