Order not delivered and delivery keeps getting extended

I am so disappointed and dissatisfied by the service and delivery time frame it takes takealot to deliver products. Its easier to purchase from a another country then takealot. My order is still not delivered and its going on for nearly 4 weeks, my previous order took 2weeks. Why are you allowing suppliers to post products that are not readily available for purchase. Some drastic changes needs to be made
