Order not delivered!

I placed an order on the 21 March 2024 paid a fee for following business day delivery today is the 27 March 2024 still waiting for my order. JonahF and Aeysha send emails on updating my address etc but nothing is being made as I always use that one address for delivery did not have any problems why noooow? What's worse is I have to ALWAYS check on any feedback when calling their number noone answers line is always busy.

Am I the only one experiencing this bad service from @takealot and it's consultants?
