Order not delivered

I placed an order on the 26th May of items that are available in stock and was told they would be delivered on the 2nd June. I have not received my order and there has been no communication as to why. I have raised this with their support and they told me instructions have been sent out for packing, not sure when I would receive the order. What a ********** service and the support do not really care on the urgency of our orders.
