Order not delivered

I am so disappointed by the service I have received from Takealot. I placed an order on 4 August 2026 and it was supposed to reach to me by 11 August up until now it has not reached me yet it saus delivered. When I try to travk it it says delivery rescheduled (no date) I ordered the item because I was in a hurry but now it has not reached me. I am so angry and unpleased with their service.
